Dear students and young scientists!
Third International Medical and Pharmaceutical Congress of students and young
scientists "Current Issues of Medicine and Pharmacy" will be held on 6-8 April 2016 at Higher
state educational establishment of Ukraine «Bukovinian State Medical University». Representatives
of medical and pharmaceutical educational and clinical establishments from Ukraine and foreign
countries will participate in it.
Within the scientific forum, plenary and sectional sessions, educational and practical
workshops and lectures of famous scientists on actual questions of medicine and pharmacy will also
take place.
Student Scientific Society and the Council of Young Scientists of the Bukovinian State
Medical University invite you to attend and participate in our Congress.

MASTER CLASSES AND WORKSHOPS OF CONGRESS
more than 10 clinical workshops in Ukrainian and English languages
Workshops on reproductive medicine, kinesiology, traumatology, endourology and
lithotripsy, surgery, fundamentals of transfusion, functional diagnostic methods in pulmonology,
cardiology, pediatric allergology, orthopedic dentistry and others will be organized. We will also
provide mini-lectures, live-operations, laparoscopic manipulation performances and solving of
clinical situational tasks.

REQUIREMENTS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE CONGRESS
Author and coauthor of works (members of Congress) can be students and young
scientists under 35 years (inclusive).
To take part in the Congress you have to register on the website http://BIM.CO.ua
before the 31 January 2016 according to the online instructions.
CRITERION FOR ABSTRACTS:
● materials, which are sent to attend the Congress cannot be published before or sent for
publication to other editions;
● one author may be filed no more than in three theses;
● total size should be up to 2500 characters, including spaces;
● abstract must include the aim, objectives, materials and methods, results, conclusions;
● names of pharmaceutical companies, equipments, reagents should be written in the original
transcription; measurement results - in terms of the International System (SI);
● all abbreviations (except generally accepted) must be decrypted at the first usage;
● Abstracts should not contain tables, graphs and illustrations;
● materials should be submitted accordingly to the online instructions.
WARNING! The editorial board takes the right of partly editing materials with the violation of
requirements. Organizing committee is not responsible for the scientific authenticity of abstracts.
Materials that will comply with the requirements will be published in the Ukrainian Journal
of Young Scientists "Khyst".
Additional information for the participants:
● Time limit – to 7 min, poster presentation – to 5 min, discussion – 3 min.
● Technical support – projector.
● Accommodation for participants are expected to live in hotels (Approximate cost is from
150 UAH per night)
Within the framework of Congress, you can be acquainted with wonderful city of Chernivtsi
and its sights, among which are Complex of buildings of the former residence of Bukovinian
Metropolitans, listed in the UNESCO World Heritage register, Banchenskyy Ascension Monastery
– “the fourth Lavra of Ukraine”, as it is called by pilgrims, Music and Drama Theatre is one of the
most famous architectural monuments of the city, which decorates the Theatre Square for more than
a hundred years long and many other places.
Also we offer you a saturated entertainment for all tastes that will include a friendly dinner,
disco and unforgettable post-congress tour to the Carpathians mountains.
