Stanford Gastroenterology Fellowship Supplemental Application Form

This supplemental information form allows you to explain why you are interested
and how will you fit into the Stanford fellowship program. It will also facilitate your
future interview with us by allowing you to meet potential Stanford faculty mentors.
We encourage you to share your goals or any unique, personally important or
challenging experiences and achievements. In your responses, please be as specific
and succinct as possible.

not obligate you in any way to stay in this track if you match with our program.
There is only one program track for our Stanford GI Fellowship through ERAS and
the NRMP Match. Fellows who match with our program are then asked to choose
one of these three internal tracks during the first six months of their first year of
fellowship.
