technician to Test, Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment Superintendent. I have worked and managed
in 6 different USAF PMELs located in the U.S., Europe, and Asia and I embrace diversity and new ideas.

Managed 43 calibration technicians in the calibration/repair of 10K+ TMDE inventory; garnered
97.5% equipment availability rate for 107 work centers--smashed USAF’s 93% standard.
Oversaw shipment/receipt of 2.5K+ TMDE assets valued at $35M; keen oversight resulted in zero
misdirected/loss items.
Performed time critical alignment/calibration on one-of-a-kind radar test set; restored mission
essential maintenance of base’s precision approach radar; averted runway closure.

Mediated conference between USAF Calibrators/private contractors; resolved disparity between
