Equipment Laboratory (PMEL) to working as a calibration technician – military separation

calibration of measurement standards, instruments, and test systems to ensure selection of
approved instrumentation.

Extensive knowledge with automated software for TMDE. Possesses entry level programing
“Visual Basic, C++” Trained to prepare flowcharts to represent accurate logic operation.

Highly proficient with signal generators, signal analyzers, high/low power, counters, fiber
optics, sound, vibration, noise sources, VOR/ILS, and TACAN/IFF.

Microsoft Office proficiency (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, & Outlook)

Primary trainer in RF Microwave, Fiber Optics, Power, Frequency, and Oscilloscope

Certified communication analyzer test set allowing 33 radio units to be deployed on time
restoring space monitoring and control capabilities for the Pacific Asia region.

Troubleshot and repaired one-of-a-kind altimeter test set saving $16k earning regional
specialist of the quarter in 2012.

Expeditiously worked with Russian and AFMETCAL Engineers to rewrite scripts, create
data charts, and logically restore newly implemented Norsonic 1504 Sound Calibration
System.

Identified Technical Order discrepancies approved by engineers removing safety hazard
from signal generator calibrations; awarded $200 from Air Force innovation program.

Trained 50+ specialists, both new and seasoned technicians, on a variety of calibrations
including job training, career progression, and specialized calibrations.

Supervised 9 technicians for 6 month swing shift during remodel increasing availability of
standards, reduced backlog, and increased production by 50%.

