AUTHORIZATION AND LIABILITY WAIVER
Thank you for agreeing to participate in Doors Open Saskatoon.
By signing this participant agreement, you are confirming that you will
open the doors of the above-mentioned building on Sunday, June 5,
2011 from noon to 5 p.m. free of charge to the general public.
It is also your responsibility to close and clean your building, to
supervise all visitors who enter it, to mount and return the banner
supplied by Doors Open, and to provide at least 2 people (preferably 4)
to act as greeters to your building from 11:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. These
persons will be trained by the Doors Open Committee.
You are also acknowledging that the Saskatoon Heritage Society
assumes no liability for damage or theft resulting from the Doors Open
Saskatoon event.
I agree to be bound to this Agreement.
