The owner/s of the motor vehicle entered and the driver/ rider thereof and passengers whilst participating in the event shall do so on condition that they shall have no claim whatsoever against the "Gippsland Vehicle Collection Inc." or the committee thereof or the sponsors of the event or their respective officials, servants or agents for any personal injuries or damage to the vehicle entered whether or not the same shall be caused by or contributed to by any act or omission or negligence on the part of the
"Gippsland Vehicle Collection Inc." or the committee thereof or the sponsors of the event or any of their respective officials, servants or agents. Any conditions not governed by the regulations of the event will be adjudicated upon by the Club
Committee, and/or the event organisers, whose decision shall be final.
Special Conditions
All motor vehicles must be roadworthy and be either on a club Permit or full road registration and all driver/ riders must be the holder of a current drivers licence.
I agree to abide by the regulations of the event and all the instructions of the Club Committee and Marshals, and all road and traffic laws including speed limits, by-laws and regulations and to show due courtesy to all users of the roads.

Sixth Melbourne to Maffra Rally. (M2M)
The Rally is for vehicles over 15 yrs of age to be run from Berwick to Maffra on October 10 th and meeting up with all the other car clubs for The Federation Picnic on Sunday 11th at The Maffra Shed.
Sat 10 th October .
It is a Non Competitive event on sealed country roads.
Vehicles will check in & receive their Rally pack at the Start area Akoonah Park, from 7.30 am
All participants to attend a Rally briefing at 8.30 a.m.
Akoonah Park, Berwick Showgrounds Melways Map 111, H. 10. Enter at Gate 5.

The lunch stop area is open from
9.00 am
12.00 am to 2.00 pm ,
& can follow the suggested route to the lunch stop at Trafalgar
Your light lunch will be available at the new Holden Museum by presenting your Name Tag.
After lunch you depart to Maffra, meeting at the Motor Museum known as “The Maffra Shed” where you have an admission ticket & your Afternoon Tea ticket is by your Name Tag. Or you can also use this Museum ticket on the Sunday .
Afternoon tea will be available on the Sat. from 3.00 pm to 5.00 pm as part of your entry fee.
You can then check in at your accommodation & have a look around our fine town, or rest up for the Rally Dinner.
Sat. Nights Rally Dinner.
Will be a two course meal in Maffra starting at 6.30 pm. BYO Drinks.
Your Rally Memento’s will be handed out at the dinner
One bus
. will run from two Sale Motels to Maffra picking up at 6.00 pm & departing Maffra at 10.30 pm to return back to Sale.
If you requested the bus, your Name Tag will have it marked on it.
A short briefing on the Sunday activities will be held at the Dinner.
Sunday 11 th October.
Breakfast will be available at “The Maffra Shed” from 8.00 am to 9.30 am
Then the other car club groups & individuals will begin arriving for “The Federation Picnic” at The Maffra Shed.
Prizes for best presented Vehicles will be given away at the Federation Picnic Day.
A Suggested Route map following sealed country roads, will be given to entrants for their return trip back to Melb.
Support Vehicle on Saturdays Route only.
In an emergency a support vehicle will travel the suggested route
