Program Description
St. Mary’s School offers a morning and after school enrichment program in an effort to provide a safe, secure,
“home away from home” atmosphere. The BTC program is overseen by the Director and staffed by qualified,
caring staff members. Students in BTC will enjoy games, computer time, snacks and plenty of outdoor time.
Schedule
Morning (AM): 7:15-8:15 AM.
Extended Hour (EXT): 2:15-3:15 PM.
After School (PM): 3:15-6:00 PM.
Enrollment
First session runs August through Christmas Break.
Second session runs January through May.
*Once enrolled a student is considered enrolled for the entire session and will be billed accordingly*

Payment
Fees can be paid in advance at the start of each semester or in 5 monthly installments each semester via ACH.
Drop-In Care
As long as you have completed the BTC enrollment form your child may attend a session if needed. Please notify
the office if your child plans to attend. The following rates apply:
7:15—8:15 AM…………… $10
2:15—3:15 PM……………. $10
3:15—6:00 PM……………. $25
Holidays, Conferences, Teacher In-Service Days: BTC may be offered on days that students are not in class. If
available, a $70 fee per day will apply per child. Check with the BTC Director for availability.

BTC FAQ
Q: Who can enroll in BTC?
A: Any student at St. Mary’s can enroll.
Q: When can I enroll my child in BTC?
A: BTC enrollment is open all year.
Q: Can I make changes to my BTC enrollment?
A: Other than enrolling in BTC, changes can only be made at the semester break.
Q: Do we have to be enrolled to “drop in”?
A: No. As long as you have filled out the BTC information sheet your child is welcome
to “drop in” anytime (drop in fees apply).
Q: What does my child need to bring?
A: Not much. Students in the PM session receive a snack.
Q: Is there a study hall time?
A: Yes. BTC encourages those with homework to complete their assignments prior to other
activities.
Q: How is BTC structured?
A: Students in BTC enjoy games, outdoor play, study time and free time.
Q: My child is not enrolled in BTC. It’s 3:24 PM and I am running late; how does the
school care for my child?
A: Your child will be welcomed to BTC until you can pick them up (drop in fees apply).
Q: My child is enrolled in PM BTC. It’s 5:50 PM; I’m stuck in traffic, what do I do?
A: If you are unable to pick up your child on time please call the director. Due to the need
for a BTC staff member to stay with your child until pickup, a fee of $10 a minute will be
assessed.
