 Student gets a probationary period, fired if unwilling to perform tasks

Product: Students will have the opportunity to create and lead an extracurricular club for their peers Monday’s after school 3:30-4:00. (2/6wk)

o Product: Students will permanently be in one of eight vertical “family” teams. The students will earn house tickets and points to possibly win
for the 9 week grading period.

 House Leaders Monitor weekly spinners
 Mandatory place/procedure in each classroom for tickets (weekly job), Thursday 2:45 announcement
 Weekly Friday House Rallys (Schedule) will have more structure, visitors, and cover different parts from Steven Covey’s 7 Habits
 Counselor tracking points and trends (not just disruptive kids doing what they are supposed to do) with Fix It Academy during Recess
 Yearly Boy and Girl Leaders (Captains) chosen by week 3 with Portraits honoring them in the hallway
 Weekly top 2 students per grade level with points will receive a sticker by picture House leaders and out of house rally
 The quiet students will be highlighted each Friday by eating on the stage Leader Luncheon A.Martin and Carlisle, take a friend




Each House will have a designated area in the hallway for display
Ticket points will be more consistent with an explanation for more than 10 pts.
New color for tickets every 9 weeks
Points will not be Deducted from Students or Houses
