UPCOMING EVENTS – JULY
Hello. We hope you are well and you enjoy the Time Bank’s events for July.
Spanish group continues on Tuesdays from 6.00-7.30pm at Pilmeny Resource
Centre. All welcome to learn conversational Spanish!
Gallery on the Corner is a friendly wee art gallery run as a social enterprise,
just on the corner of Northumberland Street and Dundas Street. The gallery is
presenting for the month of July an exhibition called Mist, Mud and Midges, a
group show on the Scottish landscape. Why not come along for a drink and
viewing at the preview on Saturday 4th July, 3-5pm?
On Thursday 16th July, the film A Night at the Museum will be being shown at
Pilrig Church. There will be two showings at 11am and 2pm. Tickets are £2.
You can earn Time Credits if you come along to help set up – just let us know!
Social meet ups continue - on Saturday mornings at 11am at The Flying Dog
Café, Henderson Street, Leith, and at 11am on Thursdays of the 2nd, 9th and 23th
July at Café Montagu, 12 Montagu Terrace – all welcome!
And finally, the film Legend of Barney Thomson, a tale of Glasgow gangsters
is being shown at the Filmhouse on Friday 24th July at 3.40pm. Tickets are £4
