Please note the following (some of which differ from the main PDR):

actively providing feedback on progress and for ensuring that any agreed support arrangements are met
The new starter is responsible for:
 seeking support and feedback as needed and meeting the established objectives.
The initial PDR outcomes can be carried forwards as required into the full PDR process.
