No double bridles.
Approved helmets to be worn at all times
when mounted. Spot checks to ensure
compliance may occur
Medical armbands are required to be worn
by all competitors including open
competitors.
PCAV rules apply for showjumping and
novelty’s
No Stallions, Rigs permitted on grounds
STRICTLY NO DOGS ON GROUNDS

Non Pony Club members must sign a Day
attendance Form and pay $10.00
Registration Fee before participating in
any event.
The Committee reserves the right to alter,
delete or add to the program.
The Judge & Committees decision is final
Neither the organizing Committee of this
event or the PCAV accept any liability,
damage, injury or illness to horse, owners,
riders, spectators or any other persons
whatsoever.
In the event of bad weather, listen to 3SH
or MIXX FM or contact any committee
member as listed on the front cover.
No ring events will be held up waiting for
riders.

authorization for the Event Secretary to call for a veterinary inspection of the horse/s named above in my care should they be showing signs of a respiratory illness at any time
during the course of the event. I agree to pay any veterinary fees incurred as a result of this veterinary examination.
HORSE EVENT DECLARATION WAIVER:
I understand that due to diseases such as Equine Influenza, the Victorian Department of Primary Industries, or other State or Commonwealth government body may restrict or
prevent the movement of horses, vehicles and personnel for a period of time (“ standstill”). I acknowledge and agree that a standstill is a risk of competing at this event and I agree
to pay all costs or expenses as a result of a standstill.
