THAT this House does adopt the Request for Temporary Overdraft of KShs. 10M
from the Imprest Account.

I beg to move the following Motion,
THAT this House does approve that the County Government Executive does
proceed to obtain Temporary Overdraft of KShs. 10M from its Imprest Account
with Co-operative Bank to urgently fund the Department of Health in establishing
the County Medical Training Institute.

THAT this House does approve the Nomination by the County Executive Committee
Member for Finance and Economic Planning of Mrs. Charity Maina as the
Nyandarua County Bursary Fund Administrator.

I beg to move the following Motion,
THAT this House does adopt the Report on the Status of the Implementation of the
Report on Mirangine Open Air Market Kiosks by the Committee on Implementation
as a report of this House and the Recommendation therein as resolutions of this
House.

Mr. Speaker Sir,
I beg to move the following Motion:THAT aware of the lack of or poor state of bridges in the County;
That aware of the lack of or poor state of road network in the county and in
particular the deplorable condition of bridges or lack thereof;
Concerned that good road network and connectivity impacts positively and
immensely on trade, agriculture and general social economic welfare of the residents
of Nyandarua county and indeed Nyandarua county has identified road construction
as a means to economic empowerment of its residents;
Further concerned that continued poor road network and impassable bridges or lack
thereof impacts negatively to the social economic development of the people of
Nyandarua
Now I therefore urge that this house do resolve the following;
That the Executive committee member in charge of Public works, Roads and
Transport do in the budget for the financial year 2015/2016 prioritizes the
construction of culverts and bridges on our county roads.
