High Holy Days 2015 Registration for CBH Children’s Programming

As in the past few years, we will offer engaging and exciting programs for children ages 3-10 (preschool –
grade 5) during the High Holy Days. These programs will be available during both Rosh Hashanah and Yom
Kippur evenings (see below for times) and on the first day of each holy day from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm.
Parents are asked to check in their children for their age-appropriate program(s) and check them out at the
end of the program. During the evening and the morning services, children are invited to participate in the
children’s program or to join their families at services. Children will not be permitted to “hang out” at our
campus unsupervised. Snacks will be provided for all four programs. If your child has special dietary needs,
please let us know in advance.
Morning program for 3 to 5 year olds (preschool – kindergarten in public school) at Gan Haverim:
A variety of holy day activities are planned for the children in addition to an engaging service celebrating the
Holy Days. The service is part of the program and will be held from 10:00 to 10:30am on both Rosh
Hashanah and Yom Kippur days. Parents are invited to join their children for services!
Please note: Staff will not be responsible for diaper changes.
Morning program for 6 to 10 year olds (grades 1 – 5 in public school) at North Classroom (courtyard side)
A variety of holy day activities are planned for the children in addition to an inspiring and participatory High
Holy Days morning service. The service is part of the program and will be held in the North Classroom
(parking lot side) from 9:45 to 10:30am on both Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur days. Parents are welcome
to join their children for services. Please make an effort to be on time.
Following is a registration form for the four programs. Kindly submit a $10 fee per child/per program with
registration. Please return the completed form to the CBH office by Wednesday, September 9TH.
All are welcome to participate in our programs regardless of ability to pay. Please let us know if we can help.
