Timberwood Trails
Grace Hauling proposes tiered pricing based on the participation percentage of Timberwood Trails’
residents. The pricing is as follows:
I.
80% of homeowners (~317 homes)
a. $15.00 per month for trash and recycle with one trash cart and one recycle cart*
b. Yard waste will remain at $8.00 per month for year-round service
c. Three-year service agreement with locked trash, recycle, and yard waste rates
d. One large items and electronics pick up day annually for participating residents
e. 50% discount for trash and recycle pickup (number of carts or dumpsters to be
determined) at pool during operating months
II.
90% of homeowners (~356 homes)
a. $14.50 per month for trash and recycle with one trash cart and one recycle cart*
b. Yard waste will remain at $8.00 per month for year-round service
c. Three-year service agreement with locked trash, recycle, and yard waste rates
d. One large items and electronics pickup day annually for participating residents
e. No charge for trash and recycle pickup (number of carts or dumpsters TBD) at pool
during operating months
III.
Greater than 95% of homeowners (~376 homes)
a. $14.00 per month for trash and recycle with one trash cart and one recycle cart*
b. Yard Waste discounted to $7.00 per month for year-round service
c. Three-year service agreement with locked trash, recycle, and yard waste rates
d. Two large items and electronics pickup days annually for residents
e. No charge for trash and recycle pickup (number of carts or dumpsters TBD) at pool
during operating months





Senior Discount: $1.00/month for 60-69; $2.00/month for 70-79; $3.00 per month for 80+
Additional trash, recycle, and yard waste carts: $3.00/month
No trash cart and no recycle service: $10.00/month
Trash and Recycle service with recycle cart and no trash cart: $12.00/month
* Fuel surcharge will be calculated as follows: For every $0.10 increment above the base fuel benchmark
of $3.50, $0.10 per month may be added to each household invoice. The surcharge must be calculated
each billing cycle.
