***Quarterly Community Forum of Agency Representatives meets from 10:00am to noon.
General Membership meeting begins at 12:30 on the dates of the Quarterly Forums.
The
Diversity and Inclusion Committee meets from 3 to 4:30 on the Tuesday before the General
Membership meeting. This is either the first or second Tuesday of the month. Please contact Bahney

Human Resource Committee meets from 2:30 to 4:00 on the Wednesday before the General
Membership meeting. This is either the first or second Wednesday of the month. Please contact Bahney
Dedolph (bdedolph@azcouncil.com) for more information.
Lunch and snacks are provided for attendees. If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us
know at least 5 days before the meetings. If you would like to join us via teleconference or telephone,
please let Velma Moon (vmoon@azcouncil.com) know before noon at least 48 hours in advance of the
meeting so that we can set that up for you.
Parking is validated for Central Park Square garage on south side of Holly.
