Topical Treatment for Eyebrow Growth Participants will receive a topical application to be used daily. You must return to the office for 11 visits over a 9 month period. Visits are outlined as followed: Screening, Baseline, 1 week follow-up and 1 monthly visit for 8 months. Inclusion Criteria: Healthy male & female patients 18 years of age or older Moderate to severe loss of eyebrow hair Willing to only groom eyebrows at study visits Agrees to return for all follow-up visits If you receive Botox injections to the upper 1/3 of your face, you must be willing to maintain your current regimen throughout the study Exclusion Criteria: Patients who have been diagnosed with trichotillomania disorder Any uncontrolled systemic diseases (including alopecia) Have had electrolysis or laser treatment to permanently remove their eyebrows Any scarring, disease, infection or abnormality to the eyebrow area or hair shaft Any skin pigmentation/depigmentation, moles, scars, active skin condition, or other characteristics within the eyebrow area which could make evaluation difficult History of eyebrow implants Current use of injectable or topical testosterone (OK if a stable dose is maintained throughout the study) In the past 12 months: o Permanent filler injected in the eyebrow area o Treatment that may affect hair growth (eg, Propecia, Proscar, Avodart, cytotoxic agents, cyclosporine, diazoxide, anabolic steroids) In the past 9 months: o Use of any eyebrow growth products (eg, Minoxidil, drugs with antiandrogenic properties, Revitalash, oral estrogen, progesterone or tamoxifen) Oral estrogen, progesterone or tamoxifen is OK if you are on a stable dose for the last 9 months In the past 6 months: o Cortisone injections to the eyebrows In the past 3 months: o Any facial surgery (eg, brow lift) o Eyebrow extensions o Change in thyroid medication In the past 2 months: o Any temporary or semi-permanent filler injected to the eyebrow area o Application of eyebrow tint, dye or bleach
