Gallery Exhibit Features “Nature’s Splendor”
- Nature center showcases the work of Pembroke Pines Art Guild members WHAT:
The exhibit hall at the Anne Kolb Nature Center at West Lake Park hosts a free
Gallery Exhibit. The show runs from Monday, October 1 through Saturday,
October 27. The theme is “Nature’s Splendor.” The works in the show are by
artists who are members of the Pembroke Pines Art Guild.
The nature center’s exhibit hall is open daily from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. There is no
charge to view the art exhibit, although there is a per-person fee of $1 to tour the
exhibit hall.

Founded in February 1956 and accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Park and Recreation Agencies,
Broward County Parks and Recreation Division manages nearly 6,500 acres, encompassing 19 regional parks
and nature centers, six neighborhood parks, and 21 natural areas at various stages of development. Facilities
include water parks, campgrounds, a target range, a stadium, a skate park, an observatory, mountain bike trails,
