Animal Entry Online Instructions for Members
As of January 2, 2015, you will be required to enter information on your 4-H project animals
into the 4honline system for your 4-H year, 2014-2015.
The deadline to enter information on all your project animals is May 1, 2015.
From the Family “Member/Volunteer List”, locate the member to add animal information to
and select “Edit”. From the top of the screen, click on “Animals/Livestock”.
Select your animal type
from the drop down list
and click “Add Animal.”
For each species of animal listed below, you will be required to enter a variety of information
on your animal(s) as well as uploading photos and/or documents for your animal(s). You will
need to do this for each species: Beef Breeding, Beef Market, Dairy Cows, Dog ID, Fowl – Chickens –
Show Birds, Fowl – Ducks, Fowl – Geese, Fowl – Pigeons & Game Birds, Fowl – Poultry Breeding Chicken
– Egg Production, Fowl – Poultry Market Chicken, Member, Fowl – Turkey Breeding, Fowl – Turkey
Market, Goat – Dairy Goat – Breeding, Goat – Fiber, Goat – Market Breeding, Goat – Utility, Member,
Horse, Rabbit – Breeding, Rabbit – Market, Rabbit – Pet Rabbit, Sheep – Breeding, Sheep – Market,
Swine – Breeding, and Swine – Market
Click “Save” once you have completed the page for each animal. Thank you for completing this
