This is a draft…..you must fill out the ONLINE FORM. Our primary goal in choosing students for
our teams is to create strong teams composed of students from a wide variety of different
backgrounds. Our questions are designed to help us understand your background, so we would
like you to tell us about yourself as you answer the following questions. We want to know
about your family, your culture, your goals, your academic path, who you are, and how you go
about making the world a better place. Please be thorough as you answer these questions.
Questions 1-6 & 18 should be answered in 1-3 paragraphs each, rather than 1 or
2 sentences.
