Name: Daniel Milnes Role: Manager / Director and Head Coach PROFESSIONAL PROFILE I am an enthusiastic and professional community sports development coach covering mostly Football and working in schools/community/club and college environments and also development work, who enjoys working as part of a successful and productive team. I quickly grasp new ideas and concepts, and am keen to develop innovative and creative solutions to problems. I am able to work well under my own initiative, and can demonstrate the high levels of motivation required to meet the tightest of deadlines. As part of the development role I manage volunteer and coaches into programme, plan workshops, teacher training days and funding opportunity’s. Also as part of my my full time role I work 15 hour a week Pontefract New Collage Leading the Football Academy on the B-Tec course, which include, coaching, matchdays, and Nutrition and Match analysis in classroom settings.
