According to government strategies and plans and the creation of the
Comprehensive Law Against Trafficking in Persons it has been the need to
contribute to social improvement policies through a Prevention System
Against Trafficking in Persons as part of the (CICIT) - Scientific Research
Center of Integral Technology UTB to determine and establish scientifically
vulnerable to the disease.

1.DESCRIPTION the project context
1.Project Background
Original idea and steps taken to develop the idea.
Bolivian Technological University (UTB), through its Center for Scientific
Research Integrated Technology (CICIT), has the social responsibility to
study and investigate this type of antisocial behavior against humanity;
scientifically determine the age, social class, culture, gender, areas, etc., as
predetermining factors for possible trafficking in persons.
The idea is based on the art. 1 of Law No. 263 of July 31, 2012,
Comprehensive Law Against Trafficking in Persons, which states that you
must fight this evil by strengthening measures and mechanisms for the
prevention, protection, care, etc. This was achieved through the System for
Prevention Trafficking in Persons, which consist of stages from research to
the targeted prevention, which will have a direct potential victims arrival.
2 Beneficiaries / target group

beneficiaries and stakeholders (external groups affected by the project

The research conducted in this project is the primary specific objective:
Create a System of Prevention Against Trafficking in Persons, to the factual
determination of the sectors with the highest vulnerability.
Direct Beneficiaries are initially citizenship of the city of La Paz and El Alto.
The indirect beneficiaries are all public and private institutions for training
purposes, its role is preponderant because by their arrival will direct
beneficiaries.
Besides seeking assist with enforcement and government entities through
its divisions and units for the logistical support of the activities to be
performed, using the different national and international agreements are
there in college.

It is clear that the social responsibility of everyone to fight this evil but

investigate and establish the vulnerable sectors of society that are most
affected.
Situation to be established by Prevention System Against Trafficking in
Persons.
That way to be clear about the stage in a second instance appropriate
prevention mechanisms will be established and not make investments
without concrete results.
Do not forget that the HDI - 2014 (Human Development Index) issued by
the United Nations puts us in the position 113 of 187 countries, a study
factor affecting the Trafficking in Persons to consider ourselves a country
Traffickers developing low and thus vulnerable.
The guidelines to be followed in the investigation are:

4 Project description
This research for the creation of a Prevention System Against Trafficking in
Persons, is the deductive method it intends to use general premises of the
company in the field of research - action and collection of information in
order to establish and detail sectors (social, age, gender, geographical
area, type, etc.) are most vulnerable.
The proposal will be to enter all training institutions, school, college,
technical, universities and the Bolivian Confederation of Neighborhood
Committees of Bolivia, for an approach to the key points of study.
The process established by multidisciplinary working groups and sectored
to be provided by the CICIT - UTB, which first made gathering information
at preset sectors.
Different tools and techniques to control and adequate survey data,
statistics and results were used.
Once the results obtained will be used for the implementation of the
Prevention System Against Trafficking in Persons, as a mechanism of social
control and thus enter the second stage of action - implementing
everything scientifically obtained.

in Persons involved bringing to an activity that is not of their choosing and
in subhuman conditions.
5 Assumptions, preconditions, sustainability

gathering information to all educational institutions, but that would be
remedied with the use of the various interagency agreements are there in
the UTB and will serve for a role successful.

Opportunities:
As for the sustainability of the project, is the arrival in all education centers
cyclically as each year there are students at all levels who need
information - preventive action.
Interagency agreements are there UTB are longstanding therefore allow
entry, conversation and information gathering in all sectors and segments
required.
The benefits to society are for life and is sowing to harvest new ways of
thinking, care, prevention and control for all people, from childhood to
maturity.
Reflections on possible strategies to retain staff members, strengthening
the culture of research, strengthening networking, and to enable external
cooperation.
This project for the Implementation of a Prevention Against Trafficking in
Persons subject to the policies of recruitment, training and retention that
comprise CICIT - UTB.
