Improvements to Town Centre Fingerposts Signage and Interpretation Boards
Reference: DT11 Forum – DVAMP and NLAG LEADER Programme projects.
1.
Background. A separate project to provide themed roundabouts, artistic
gateway signage and some brown tourist signs on the ring-road, will direct visitors to
the Marsh and Ham and Langton Long car parks. Having got visitors to one of these
2 car parks, up to date interpretation boards and improved fingerpost signage are
needed to direct people to the town’s tourist attractions.
2.
Aim. Provide improved Interpretation boards and fingerpost signage in the
town centre from the Marsh and Ham and Langton Long car parks directing visitiors
to the town’s tourist attractions.
3.
Requirements. Outline requirements and suggestions are described in the
table below.
