The McKinney Firefighters Association would like to invite you to our Top Golf Fundraiser
Benefiting the Lone Survivor Foundation and the McKinney Professional Firefighters Association.
ENTRY FEE: $80/player- may register in groups of up to 6 players. Includes 2 hours of Top Golf, 1 Raffle ticket for prizes,
All-American Eagle buffet includes 3 types of buffalo wings, Angus beef sliders, buffalo chicken sliders, tater tots,
bottomless non-alcoholic beverages, & a Top Golf Tournament player card.
FORMAT:(2) 55 minute rounds of Top Golf. Top 3 overall scores per round. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place each round.

Please arrive 20-30 minutes prior to start of the tournament to allow time to check in and get to your bay.
-Registration needs to be completed as soon as possible to allow for accurate total head count.
-You may register in teams of up to 6 players. You may register with less than 6 players, additional players will
be randomly added to your bay on the day of the event to bring each bay to a total of 6 players.
-You may register as an individual. You will be randomly paired up with other players on the day of the
tournament to form a team of 6 players per bay.
-Top Golf Tournament cards are included with your registration.
-Raffle ticket for door prizes will be for sale at the event. List of prizes to be won can be found at

-Please make checks payable to McKinney Firefighters Association. Mail completed registration form and all
entry fees for your team to PO Box 2754, McKinney, Texas 75069.
