Deborah McLaren 412-855-1148 www.deborahmclaren.com Deborah McLaren Priore is a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania native. Deborah is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and studied at The Woodstock School of Art, Lyme Academy College of Fine Arts and with several well known local and international artists. Her work is in private collections throughout the United States. Current mediums are oils, acrylics, egg tempera and ink with subject matter ranging from still life, landscape (including historic sites), antique and classic automobiles and iconography in addition to a children’s book she illustrated. I also paint on recycled musical instruments; guitars, violins, ukuleles, mandolins, trumpets, clarinets, baritones, French horns, flutes, etc. ARTIST-IN-RESIDENCE Awarded an Artist-in-Residency for the month of November, 2003, in Costa Rica, as part of an internationally selected group of five multi-disciplinary artists at The Julia and David White Artists Colony in Ciudad Colon.
