Calling all students, teachers, artists, and inspired project members!
The project coordinators from 6 countries invite all the project participants to take part in the creation of an official logo for the project. We need your help to create an institutional visual identity. We are seeking current project participant teachers and students who can design a creative, innovative and project representative logo design. The logo should be recognizable and help promote and identify our countries and volcanic regions
The rest is up to you! Please read below for more details regarding logo design, contest rules & submission requirements.
The contest begins on January 18, 2016. Submissions will be accepted through February 22, 2016. Winners will be announced in via our website, social media websites and by direct contact to the winners' email accounts. In order for your entry to be submitted and reviewed by our judges, all entries must be:
Submitted directly to each school project coordinator
Submitted in their original source file and
Submitted as a high resolution .pdf with 300 dpi or higher.
Professional: This logo will be featured on our website, our social media platforms and other mediums (stationary, pamphlets, t-shirts etc). As a result, while we want the logo to be eye-catching, it must still be legible.
Theme: Logo must promote and identify our countries and volcanic areas, as well as allude to the project’s name. Design should be universal in theme, and not nation specific.
Color: There are no limitations and any colors may be used. However, logo must look good in color (if any) and/or black and white.
Integrity: Logos cannot contain copyrighted material. Logos must have been created and edited by the contestant(s). Logos may not include images or licensed images that have been previously published. May, however use authorised photos.
Must be easily reproducible and scalable for large and small formatting.
Winners will be selected by a jury representing the six partners of the project. The six elements must be teachers of arts and should not directly take part in the
Erasmus + project. In addition the jury mustn’t participate in the logo creation.
Contestants agree that the project participants may publish their logo and name(s) and may use both for advertising campaigns and/or marketing materials in the future. Additionally, the project coordinators may alter, modify or revise the logo as it sees necessary to achieve the goals of the project and reserves the right to not select a winner if, in its sole discretion, no suitable entries are received.
