Miss LIBERTY PAGEANT
March 6, 2016
Registration:
Registration is from 9-10:45 and the pageant starts at 11 a.m. The deadline to enter is
March 2, 2016.
Entry Fees:
Early registration, $90 must pay at least $50 deposit (Only until February 6, 2016).
Regular registration is $125. Optional Categories is $20 each or $50 for all five optional
(Photogenic, Most Beautiful, Talent, an additional photo, and Novice Winner).
Sibling discount is $50 for each additional. Parents in the military discount is $50 per
family. Registration (application which consists of page 4,and 5) and fees should be
mailed to 12500 Angel Falls Road, Raleigh, NC 27614 or emailed to
pewilliams1970@yahoo.com. Fees can be mailed or emailed with Paypal (Paypal fees
will apply. If you send as friend, the fees will not be included). Checks and money
orders should be made out to Pamela Williams and make sure the check states it for the
Miss Patriotic pageant.
Competitions
BEAUTY is required for all age divisions. Pageant dresses may be short, long, cupcake
or hi-lo. Each contestant is allowed 90 seconds on stage. No routines are allowed. We
welcome all of your personalities. This is a semi glitz pageant. Make up and hair pieces
are allowed. We will provide music for all contestants.
OUTFIT OF CHOICE (OOC) ANYTHING GOES! This outfit or costume is of your
choice and personality. It can be casual dressy, neat outfit, off the rack. It can be a skirt,
Capri pants, etc. THIS OUTFIT OR COSTUME DOES NOT HAVE TO BE
PATRIOTIC! It is time to express yourself! PRO AM Modeling is ALLOWED! You
can have a routine and the use of props. Music is provided if not provided by contestant.
OPTIONALS
Photogenic is optional (required for Majestic titles). Photo must be at least an 8x10
professional headshot/shoulder, color or black and white, in protective case with
contestants name and age on the back. One additional photo is allowed for $10. Photos
must be turned in at registration.
Most Beautiful award is optional (required for Majestic titles). The contestant with the
highest Beauty score will receive this award.
TALENT is optional. Performance must be a routine 3 minutes or less..

AN ADDITIONAL PHOTO – Can be used if you pay $50 for all optionals but you
do not enter all optionals. You can substitute a photo for another optionals that you
will not be using.
Novice Winner is an optional for contestants that have competed in less than 5 pageants
in the past 3 years. We will award a crown, banner, and trophy as our Royal Miss to the
contestant with the highest score of the Novice contestants that did not win a title.
YEAH for our BEGINNERS!
Additional Information:
Music must be on a cd, with only that song on it. The contestant’s name, age, and
which competition should be labeled on the back of cd.

Admission is $10 for everyone. Visiting Queens do not have to pay if they have their
crown or banner. All visiting Queens will be acknowledged on stage. It doesn’t matter
which Pageant System you are representing. We are all Sister Queens and interested in
building stronger communities. We encourage all Moms and Guests to dress up
comfortably. This is a charitable social event!!!!!

Mini Majestic Winner AND Grand Majestic Winner
Each Age Division Winner 0-18 mths, Baby Doll Miss, 19-35 mths, Toddler Miss 3-4
years, Minature Miss 5-6 years, Tiny Miss, 7-9 years, Little Miss, 10-12 years, Junior
Miss 13-15 years, Young Miss, and 16-19 years, Teen Miss
Royal Miss – highest score for a novice contestants. Must have NOT participated in
OVER 5 pageants.
AMBASSADOR ELITE - OUR CONTESTANT THAT SALES THE MOST
SPONSOR TICKETS OVER 60. The AMBASSADOR ELITE will receive a 10 in
crown, custom banner, trophy, scepter, and pin. A guaranteed spot of our float for the
WRAL Christmas parade VIP seating in all of our Patriotic Pageants for the
AMBASSADOR’S title year. Her basic registration fees will be paid for the other 2
pageants in that calendar year. She can attend all pageant workshops for free.
AMBASSADOR – OUR CONTESTANT(S) THAT SALE 50 or MORE SPONSOR
TICKETS. The AMBASSADOR will receive a 10 in crown, custom banner, trophy,
scepter, and pin. A guaranteed spot to ride on our beautiful Patriotic float in the WRAL
Raleigh Christmas Parade, VIP seating in all of our Patriotic Pageants for the
AMBASSADOR’S title year. Her basic registration fees will be paid for the other 2
pageants in that calendar year. She can attend all pageant workshops for free.

*All Sponsor Tickets UP TO 50 TICKETS MUST BE SUBMITTED BY
May 1 so that awards can be ordered. Additional Sponsor Tickets (over 50)
may be turned in at registration on the day of the pageant. This is a chance
to get your family, friends, coworkers involved with supporting your
Princess. AMBASSADOR’S can be DOUBLE CROWN!
