operations sites. Trained staff, organized, prioritized and scheduled work
assignments. Conducted semi-annual employee appraisals used in professional
growth, staffing assignments and salary determination. Increased economic resource
by an average of $300 million per year while in this capacity. Supervised 2d and 3d
computer generated resource model, to be used in life of project planning. Report:

contract personnel. For Santa Fe Pacific Gold Corp.

District Exploration Manager, Southern California and Arizona, USA. I was
promoted to District Manager as a result of our success with the above-mentioned
accomplishments, while still maintaining the responsibility of Chief Geologist at the
Mesquite Gold Mine. As District Manager I was responsible for resource
development for Southern California and Arizona. I supervised 20 company staff
personnel in offices in Arizona and California. Administered budgets from $5 $7million. Gold Fields Mining Corp. was purchased by Hansen PLC, in 1990, which
in- turn sold the company to Santa Fe Pacific Corp. in 1992.

Chief Mine Geologist, Mesquite Gold Mine, Imperial County, California, USA.
Duties involved: Ore control, mine mapping and supervision of company and contract
personnel, technical report writing, database management, data analysis and statistics,
office management, project generation and implementation. In charge of the
development of economic resources on the Mesquite Mining District in southeastern
CA. Added approximately $250 million to the reserve base in this time frame.
Developed computer generated 2d and 3d models of reserve base for life of project
