Door Frames and Wood Screens call for Paint Grade
finish.
Specifications call for Solid Quarter Sawn Maple –
clear satin lacquer finish.
There is a HUGE price difference between the
two..Please clarify
All wood doors, wood door frames and wood glazing
frames are to have a Paint
Grade Finish.
Could you please clarify if LCD’s monitors are part of
the GC’s scope of work? If it is, how many LCD’s do we
have to account for?
All monitors are not in contract and are to be supplied
and installed by GBC. Contractors are only responsible
for the required power/data and support blocking.
