(this goal is mandatory) ** Please substitute your preferred language choice for the word ‘foreign’ or phrase ‘foreign language’. Sample foreign cuisine, cook foreign foods. Understand foreign culture. Develop a love for the beauty and uniqueness of the languages. Recite simple conversational phrases with or without parent's prompting and help. Repeat and recite from memory a limited vocabulary. Read short stories in foreign language. Understand that the love of Christ can be shared in any language. Recite scripture verses in foreign language. LEARNING STRATEGIES/ACTIVITIES What activities are you planning to do to accomplish your goals? STUDENT will: Use the (Tell Me More, Rosetta Stone, Nallenart, The Easy French/Spanish, etc) program. Read foreign language books Make foreign language dishes such as: baguettes, crepes, tacos, churros, etc. Sing foreign language songs Complete worksheets: grammar, translating, matching, word searches, etc. Completing lessons in program. Participate in foreign language games such as cache-cache and Montrez-moi Play memory games Oral speaking, using foreign language greetings. Memorize scripture verses in foreign language. Complete a lapbook with foreign language vocab, grammar, conjugations, greetings, colours, numbers, etc. EVALUATION/ ASSESSMENT How will we check to see if your student has accomplished the goals?
