Design Specification – A detailed description of the conditions, requirements and restrictions with which a
design must comply. This is a precise and accurate list of facts, such as conditions, dimensions, materials,
process and methods, that are important for the designer and for the user. All appropriate solutions will need
to comply with the design specification.
Success Criteria – The standards by which the product will be judged at the end to decide whether or not it
has been successful in the eyes of the stakeholders.
List – A sequence of brief answers with no explanation.
Develop – To improve incrementally, elaborate or expand in detail. Evolve to a more advanced or effective
state.
Identify – Provide an answer from a number of possibilities. Recognize and state briefly a distinguishing
