Data attached For the 2012-13 school year, all of my students will demonstrate measurable growth in mathematics. The ten identified ESOL/HILT students will improve their performance by at least 30% points on the third grade 3rd Quarter mathematics assessment. Students will refer to sentence frames during class discussions and be able to represent their thinking orally and in writing. Target Date Utilize anchor charts of content and strategies taught throughout the school year. Use flexible grouping based on assessments and modify instruction for groups based on unit tests & quarterly benchmark data. Identify SOL objectives in need of reteaching/extension. Incorporate the use of visuals with a vocabulary work wall Students will readily reference the anchor charts throughout the various units of study during the school year. Document groupings based on assessments and observation data.
