1. Recap of Recent Events

YMF Pirates Outing (Sept. 9th, 2011)
a) 48 people – very successful turnout

a) 9 teams – would like more in the future

Pittsburgh Section Kickoff Dinner (Sept. 14th, 2011)

c) Raffle was a good idea and something we should consider for future events

a) Went very well
b) Adi to look into putting a team together for next year
2. Finances

Current Balance-$3,477.52 (includes SPAG $750)

Fundraising Goal for 2011 – 2012 season = $1,500
a) (-$52 collected at Pirates Outing via 50/50 raffle)
b) Revised goal =$1,448

5. Outreach

SPAG – Outreach Video

b) Report submitted to SPAG on deadline (Sept. 15th) – awaiting final approval
c) Video deemed not complete by outreach committee
d) 3 week check-in (Oct. 6th) by SPAG
e) Re-filming to happen in October
