PROFESSIONAL PROFILE
With 27 years of experience, acquired the ability to direct, coordinate and lead
working groups to meat the objectives and results foreseen. In the research and
analysis field, worked in the design, planning, formulating and policies
management from a human development perspective and an effective
communication, for the development of complex environments. This way,
participated in the formulation of public policies in Colombia and Latin America
in social, conflict, peace, democracy, citizen security and environmental
matters.
Experience in strategic and programmatic consulting for national and
international organisms. Expert in formulation, tracking, evaluation,
systematization and monitoring of programs, projects and processes with a
differential approach (gender, youth, and minorities among other). Experience
in implementing citizen participation and effective communication processes for
change, based on methodologies that build consensus, public dialogue and
formulating policies, proposed by the United Nation Development Program –
PNUD (for its acronym in Spanish) for processes in the elaboration of the
Human Development Reports.
