Presently our modern society is driven by a culture of materialism while the
whole of human life is in a state of turmoil. The selfish & egocentric behaviour of
the people is destroying the environment, generating poverty, and widening the gap
between rich & poor and fomenting nuclear wars threatening the human life as
well .
It is waking up call for humanity for self transformation from culture of
materialism (Anger, Greed & violence) to culture of Love , Peace & Harmony
through culture of peace harmony. There is greater need of “Vasudhaiva

Today world is facing many global crises of growing population, absolute poverty,
environmental problems, conflict, violence, terrorism and threat of nuclear war.
The whole human life is in a state of turmoil because modern civilization is based
on culture of violence.
The global issues such as poverty, war, terrorism and climate change are
interlinked and require a broad understanding for achieving collective security and
world peace. Military science divides the humanity and Peace Science promotes
peace from harmony through the principle of ancient Indian Vedic tradition: "One

A New era of Peace, Harmony & Prosperity is emerging in 21st century
A New era of Peace & Prosperity is emerging in 21st century. To live in peace one
must respect all religions. Therefore, humanity needs all the world's religions to
suit the ways of life, diverse spiritual needs, and inherited national traditions of
individual human beings. “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam” – important message of
togetherness gives new hope to every human being on the solution of world crisis
and leads a new path of Peace, harmony & Prosperity is emerging in 21st
century
Recently, Indian PM, Mr Narendra Modi addressed United Nations General
Assembly on September 27, 2014 glorifying Sanskrit phrase – “Vasudhaiva
Kutumbakam” by praising ancient Indian civilization and Vedic literature.
Numerous Indian personalities like Gautama Buddha, Mahavir, Mahatma Gandhi,
Jagat gurus stressed the very importance of this phrase – “whole world is one
family” convincing the world that we are far more connected as compared to our
differences.
