Authorized Assessor Qualifications Summary Please answer the questions below to demonstrate experience and expertise that will enable your company to conduct high quality MISMO Software Compliance Certification assessments. Further information on the assessment process is available in the MISMO Software Compliance Certification Program Overview, located on www.mismo.org. NOTE: Ability to conduct MISMO Compliance Certification Assessments will require execution of a contract with MISMO. Your response to the Qualification Summary questions may be incorporated and made a part of the final agreement. 1. Conducting MISMO assessments will require the team to be MISMO-knowledgeable including history of the program and versions currently implemented throughout the industry. Please describe how your team came to possess such knowledge and how it is demonstrated currently. 2. MISMO expects that Authorized Assessors will be active participants in the MISMO Education Program, have active internal knowledge transfer programs, or both. Please describe your approach to MISMO education in your Company. 3. Authorized Assessors must have Financial Services Compliance Assessment experience. Please describe your expertise and experience conducting such assessments. 4. Authorized Assessors must have Mortgage Finance Technology Consulting Experience. Please describe your expertise and experience in conducting such consulting engagements. 5. Authorized Assessors must have deep knowledge of software development practices including various system development lifecycle processes and approaches as well as experience in XML development and XML implementation options and best practices. Please describe your expertise and experience in software development, the SDLC, and XML. 6. Authorized Assessors must have experience assessing software products with regard to compliance in meeting technical and process requirements. Please describe your expertise and experience in conducting such assessments. 7. Authorized Assessors must have Key Personnel with MISMO training and all other experience described above. Please provide a brief summary below of such personnel on your staff and provide resumes as attachments. 8. Authorized Assessors may have no conflict of interest (direct or indirect) with the party being assessed. Please describe why you expect that there is limited risk of conflict with potential assessees under this program. 9. Authorized Assessors may not develop, own, or manage software in any of the compliance domains for which certifications are conducted. Please describe why your company satisfies this requirement. 10. Please provide a summary and examples of the methodology that you plan to use in conducting MISMO Compliance Certification Assessments as well as a sample project plan and estimated level of effort and fees for an example engagement. 11. Please provide three references on the Authorized Assessor Application Reference Form and attach to this application. 12. Please provide your document retention and archiving strategy. Assessment materials must be retained by the Authorized Assessor for a minimum for three years.
