While emphasis will be on the spoken language, students will learn nearly 100 Kanji characters. The goal is to finish off chapter 6 and cover next six chapters of the text. Pre-requisite: Japanese 101 or the course coordinator’s permission. The lecture is conducted in a combination of English and Japanese. The other three hours are conducted completely in Japanese.
