Pam Kramer-Head Coach: Returning coach for the 12-Select team from last year. Began coaching middle school
volleyball for grades 5th, 6th, and 7th grade. Coach for the 13 Navy team at the Wisconsin Juniors volleyball club for
the 2011/12 season. Current coach for the Prairie High School Freshman team. NFHS Level 1 accredited
Interscholastic Coach Certificate, USA Volleyball Impact Program completion, and WIAA Rules Certificate
completed in 2012.

Tom Penzkowski-Head Coach: Tom is the current varsity coach for the Horlick High School Women’s team.
Returning to Racine Juniors for his third year as a head coach.
Danielle Schilawski-Assistant Coach: Danielle is a current collegiate volleyball player for Alverno University.

Dana Wallace-Head Coach: New to Racine Juniors, is currently in her first year coaching JV and assisting Varsity
volleyball at Horlick High School. Volleyball is a family tradition for Dana, whose mother put a volleyball in her car
seat with her while she coached the day she brought her home from the hospital. Dana has spent a ton of time on
the court as a player, participating in volleyball for over twenty years, and although new to coaching at Horlick,
Dana previously helped coach summer league volleyball teams and run camps. She's looking forward to this
upcoming club season with Racine Juniors.
Mariah Atterberry-Assistant Coach: Mariah is a current collegiate volleyball player for Alverno University.

Joe Ramsey-Head Coach: Joe has been coaching two teams a year for RYS volleyball for the past three seasons, as
well as a head football coach for the past 7 seasons.
14-National
Kathy Simanek-Head Coach: Kathy is the current coach for the Freshman Volleyball team at Case High School the
past two seasons and has over 10 years plus coaching experience at the club level. She has coached the 12-1 and
13-1 teams the past two seasons for Racine Juniors.
Patty Belligan-Assistant Coach: Patty brings a lot of experience as a player and coach in the Racine area the last
few years.

Brandon Liberty-Assistant Coach: Assistant coach for three seasons at Horlick High School and 1 season at Park
High school. Club coach for 4 seasons with Raytown Volleyball Club. This is Brandon’s second season with Racine
Juniors.

Dan Wampole-Head Coach: Dan has 8 years of coaching experience as a head coach for a middle school in
Kenosha, as well as 3 seasons as the varsity coach for the Boys volleyball team at Tremper High School. This is his
second season with Racine Juniors.
15-National
Brittany Whalen-Head Coach: Returning coach of the 15-1 team from last season. Assistant coach for the MATC
junior college volleyball team for one season. Head coach for the 12-2’s team at the Block Party Volleyball Club.
Assistant coach for the Union Grove High School JV team, and Assistant coach for 6 seasons at the Kansasville
grade school. 2 year player for the MATC Junior College volleyball team.
Jamie Anderson-Assistant Coach: 19 seasons of coaching experience. Assistant coach at the University of
Wisconsin Parkside for the past two seasons. One season as volunteer assistant coach for the Division 1 University
of Milwaukee. Head coach for the past 5 seasons with Wisconsin Juniors volleyball club on the 16-3, 18-3, 18-2
national, and 16-2(twice) National teams. High school coach for Union Grove and Horlick High Schools.

Heather Kosterman-Head Coach: Heather has coached 14-1 and 15-1 girls the past two seasons for the FoxFire
Volleyball club and is a current coach for the Horlick high School boys program.
16-Elite
Cassidy Kohlhagen-Head Coach: Cassidy is a collegiate Volleyball player for UW-Stevens Point. She helped
build the program from being last in the conference to the power house it is today. They won conference
in 2011 and 2012. Their success got recognition from the NCAA and they won an at large bid to compete
in the national tournament. “My senior year I was voted captain by my fellow teammates and I ended my
career leading the team in number of assists. Volleyball is my life and I am very excited to pass on my
knowledge to the next generation. Through UWSP volleyball I was able to coach camps working with kids
from the ages of 5-17. I also worked summer camps at Union Grove High School and I am now their
Current JV2 coach.”
Mary Green-Asssitant Coach-Mary is a current collegiate volleyball player for Alverno University.
16-Select
Devia Swiecichowski: Head Coach: JV coach and Assistant Varsity coach for Case High school for 3 seasons. Has
coached club volleyball for Wisconsin Juniors on the 12-1 and 13-2 teams and in Racine for the past 4 seasons,
including last year with Racine Juniors.
Gena Bauwman-Assistant Coach: Gena is a current collegiate volleyball player for Alverno University, and played
on our 18-Elite team this past season.
17-Elite
Troy Szymandera-Head Coach: Troy has over 9 seasons of volleyball coaching experience for Horlick High School
and at Racine Volleyball clubs. He is a former player for UW-Eau Claire.
18-Elite
Willie Maryland, Jr-Head Coach: Varsity coach for Case High School after being the Assistant coach for the past 5
seasons. Club coach for 6 seasons with Next level, Raytown, and Raytown Juniors, including a win at the Badger
Region championships for Raytown volleyball club and the winner of 10 tournaments in the past two seasons for
the Raytown Juniors volleyball club at the 13-1’s level.
Laura Cole-Assistant Coach: Laura has been playing volleyball since the 7th grade as well as a former Varsity
volleyball player for Case High School. She is a fixture in Milwaukee area volleyball leagues and excited to bring
her knowledge as a player to our coaching staff.
