Term & Conditions of Issue & Use.

2. Types Season tickets:
Monday – Friday at £93 per month
Monday to Sunday at £115 per month
5 day
Mon - Fri
7 day
Mon - Sun
Please cross out the one you DO NOT require.
There is a £5 one of non returnable fee for the purchase of the pass, this will be added to
your initial payment only to cover the cost of the card
5 day passes DO NOT allow you to leave you car in the car park at the weekends and a £18
charge per day will be made for this additional parking.
The Season Ticket is only valid for the Cabot Circus Customer Car Park. If the 7 day pass is
paid for yearly in advance, the price is £1,200 per year & the 5 day is £1,050 per year
3. The Season Ticket is issued by Cabot Circus Centre Management on behalf of Bristol
Alliance Limited Partnership and is used for your access to and from the Car Park, if lost, an
administration fee of £5 will be charged for a replacement card. Cabot Circus Centre
Management reserves the right to review these fees at any time.
4. The Season Ticket remains the property of Bristol Alliance Limited Partnership, and we
reserve the right to withdraw or cancel it.
5. The Season Ticket does not guarantee a parking space, and you should be aware, that
during busy periods the car park may close due to being full.
6. The Season Ticket is valid to the individual person. If the car or the registration number is
changed, please inform the Car park office.
7. We reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the Season Ticket if there is any abuse of the
Season Ticket, e.g. ticket used for another vehicle, or by an unauthorised person.

8. Bristol Alliance Limited Partnership reserves the ability to change the terms and conditions of
issue & use. Please regularly visit the Cabot Circus Website to ensure you are up to date with
any changes.
9. There are a limited number of 500 Season Tickets - Once we have received your application
for a season Ticket, we will contact you to confirm if you have been successful and to inform
you of how to make your payment.
Please note, you will only be asked to make payment: - at one of our pay on foot machines in
our car park or in our car park office.
10. Payment will need to be made in full in advance and for the required period of month/year
before the ticket is activated.
11. Please renew you pass at least 2 day’s before the run out date to keep it active.
12. After 7 days we reserve the right to cancel any unused passes and re-issued to
another party after this period.
13. No refunds will be issued once the season ticket has been used.
14. Failure to swipe you pass on the way in may mean that you are charged the normal parking
tariff, if you experience any issues on arrival at the entrance it is your responsibility to contact a
member of the car park team at the beginning of your parking period to solve the issue.
15. Please keep a copy of these terms & Conditions for your records or a copy can be obtained
from the car park office.
