Schedule subject to change
Exhibitors showing Market Steers, Hogs, Lambs, and Goats must pick up ownership cards upon arrival.
These cards must be filled out, SIGNED, and brought to scale area at weigh-in.
THESE WEIGH CARDS WILL BE YOUR RELEASE FORM – DO NOT LOOSE THEM
THURSDAY, MARCH 31, 2016

Begin Check-in of Baked Goods.
8:30 A.M. --------------
Baked Goods must be checked in.
8:45 A.M. --------------
Baked Goods showmanship.
10:00 A.M. --------------
Market Animals and Breeding Beef Heifers may begin arriving.
3:00 P.M. --------------
All animal must be in barn*.
3:30 P.M. --------------
Check-in of Poultry.
3:30 P.M. --------------
Begin weighing Lambs, followed by Swine, Goats, Steers, & Rabbits.
5:00 P.M. -------------
Announce results of baked goods and showmanship.

JUDGING OF MARKET BROILERS FOLLOWED BY TURKEYS.

JUDGING OF MARKET LAMBS.
FRIDAY, APRIL 1, 2016
8:00 A.M. --------------
JUDGING OF MARKET RABBITS. Rabbits will be released at the conclusion
of the rabbit show until 5:00 p.m. No animals will be released between
5:00 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Must release through superintendent.
9:00 A.M. ---------------
JUDGING OF MARKET SWINE
1:00 P.M. --------------
JUDGING OF MARKET GOATS

Judging of Breeding Beef Heifers.
6:00 P.M. ---------------
JUDGING OF MARKET STEERS.
7:30 P.M. ----------------
Release of all non-sale market animals and breeding beef heifers.
Market animals must present weigh card to superintendent for release.
Heifers must have release form for release.
SATURDAY, APRIL 2, 2016
9:00 – 9:30 A.M. ------
All non-sale animals being placed on floor truck must be
delivered to superintendents with weigh ticket.
12:00 Noon -------------
ALL NON SALE ANIMALS MUST BE REMOVED.
4:30 P.M. ---------------
Buyers Dinner – Bee’s Kitchen.
5:00 P.M. ---------------
Sale participants & Showmanship winners should be at barn.
6:00 P.M. ---------------
PREMIUM LIVESTOCK SALE.
8:00 P.M. ---------------
Buyers after-sale reception. – Youth Expo Dining Room.
8:00 P.M. ---------------
All Livestock Removed.
SUNDAY, APRIL 3, 2016
1:00 P.M. ---------------
All exhibitors making the sale must return to the barn for clean-up.
Each exhibitor must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
