Travel arrangements
You will need to book your own flight. However, we will arrange coach travel @ £5 each way
pp. between the airport and the hotel for the following flights:
Friday 20th May – Ryanair from Stanstead to Genoa, depart 12.10, arrive 15.20.
Monday 23rd May – British Airways from Genoa to London Gatwick, depart 13.00, arrive 13.55.
Dinner
We will arrange dinner on the first night. This will be in a traditional Italian restaurant and
will include 3 courses and wine (1 bottle per 4 people). The cost of this will be £25 pp.
Accommodation
We will book rooms in the Hotel Great Western Metropoli which is centrally located and
reasonably priced. Prices include breakfast.

The full price may be paid in two instalments. We will you ask for an initial deposit of £120 per
person to be paid by 30th November 2015 and the balance by 31st March 2016.
