In studio initial evaluation, interview, determine initial goals, perceived strengths, limiters, and
current level. Equipment evaluation, initial 5 point bike fit evaluation/adjustments, and
recommendations.
Custom training plan to include annual and periodized "mesocycles" based on goals, specific
needs and "A" races or Events.
Online TrainingPeaks account and calendar with weekly training plan adjustments and review.
(TrainingPeaks "Premium" available for more advanced measurements)
Daily TrainingPeaks email with your scheduled workout.
Weekly training sessions (weekly location TBD based on training goals, weather, etc) with myself
(mostly), another coach or designated ride leader.
Voice and/or email access to coach.
Adjustments to your calendar and plan based on current needs or life situations.
Strength and core workouts and sessions provided based on period of training plan or
"mesocycle". Sessions may be scheduled to be held at the Altitude Studio in Evergreen.
Event or race day support and coaching at select events (typically local to Colorado and during
the “race season”). We have averaged 31 days per season as supported events over our first 3
years.
Inclusion in a selected skills clinic put on by Altitude Cycling Sports LLC (typically spring).
Inclusion in indoor cycling sessions at no additional charge (@ Altitude’s Indoor Cycling and
Functional Fitness Studio in Evergreen).
Coaching access on most "group" or “team” rides. There are many group or team rides
throughout the year I take part in and I will advise by TeamSnap “availability” if I will be there.
The team (Altitude Cycling) will include a team race jersey and team socks if the program is paid
in full. Racing bibs or shorts are supplied at team cost. As the team “Altitude Cycling” is a nonprofit and would like to continue to operate based on the honor system, once the team jersey
and socks are provided, we expect the completion of the duration of the race season program,
race minimums and volunteer hour minimums to be honored per the agreement on the team
application.
Full access to Altitude Cycling’s Bike Lab. Sessions will be scheduled at least twice a month or by
appointment and under the supervision of a coach or an experienced team member. The Bike
Lab will hold seminars on bike maintenance, repairs, as well as covering other general technical
aspects of all types of bikes. This is a great way for the athlete to have general maintenance and
repairs done on their bikes and learn at the same time. We feel this is an important piece
missing in most programs. We want the Bike Lab to be a learning tool for our Junior athletes
so they become self sufficient in the care and maintenance of their equipment now and in the
future. Most tools are supplied but the cost of supplies, materials and parts needed will be the
responsibility of the bike owner.
For repairs deemed beyond “minor”, our sponsor shop in Evergreen, aCultureOfSpeed (aCOS),
provides parts and labor at a 20% discount for Altitude Cycling Team members. We will remain
practical on what we take on.

As a member of the High Altitude squad, Altitude Cycling will look to support a road trip to a
national level event to compete in during the race season. If multiple High Altitude athletes
qualify for that years USAC Junior Road Nationals, for those athletes, that will be the supported
national level event.
