We must start now to coordinate assistance for the 2015/2016 school year. We need parents to assist with different school activities, functions and fundraisers. We thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide to St. John’s Lutheran. We understand that your help contributes to the success of our school.
Lunch help is needed daily. Lunch parents assist in preparing hot lunches and the selling of snacks to students at both lunch times. The time we need you to be here is from 10:30 am through 12:45 pm.

We would like a parent to volunteer to be our Lunch Coordinator next year. This parent would create the lunch schedule for our volunteers and make phone calls when substitutes are needed.

Responsibilities of a Class Parent:

Incase of an emergency, you will help the teacher call parents, or help organize the phone chain.

Helping out the teacher with classroom activities – sometimes during the school day.

Each class parent will be assigned a month to decorate the bulletin board in the school breezeway. Funds/decorations are provided.

You will be asked to collect for and create a class raffle basket that will be donated at the
Fall Festival.
