Stone Carving Course
Recommended for those looking to learn the art of carving using the medium of stone.
Ideal for artists seeking a new medium or for those wanting to develop their skills.
We are able to offer both the beginner and those with some experience of working with stone the opportunity to learn and develop as we keep our class sizes to a maximum of 8 participants.

29th August 2015 (bank holiday weekend)
3 day course - £195.00

19th September 2015
2 day course - £165.00
Included in the course cost is tuition, stone, use of tools, lunch, refreshments, camping area.
You will need to bring with you suitable clothing including closed toe, stout shoes or boots, you will be provided with safety glasses and any other personal protective equipment deemed necessary.
The course is held in Ty Gwyn Workshops, Abernant, Carmarthenshire SA33 5RR. The workshops are in a rural location so use of car would be ideal. Carmarthen is the local town which has good bus and train links, taxi services are available We can offer collection and drop off in Carmarthen if requested in advance.

Terms and Conditions
A deposit is required at the time of booking of £50.00, the balance payable one month before the course is due to take place.
If you need to cancel due to unforseen circumstances then the deposit will be returned if notified within one month before the course date
If cancelled within the one month period then we can offer an alternative course date or a refund of 50%.
Payment
Either by BACS (bank details on request) or by cheque payable to COE STONE LTD.

We strive to make the courses as relevant and enjoyable as possible for each participant. If you have an idea of something you wish to carve or a technique you wish to learn please do let us know in advance of the course so we can prepare.
