McNary Youth Football is a non-profit organization that supports, encourages and
enables the student athletes in our community to enjoy the sport of tackle football.
We are committed to providing the quality coaching and support that promotes
teamwork, builds player self-esteem and increases knowledge and skill in a safe and
positive environment.
Our goal is to provide a youth football program in Keizer that is ran for, and by, the
families of Keizer. By starting an association Keizer has the ability to create a youth
football program to meet the needs of our youth in Keizer. All fund raising, team
sponsors, and fees paid by players and their families will stay in Keizer to provide
practice equipment and scholarships for Keizer youth. Through this we can create a
great experience for our children and a long term winning football tradition for our
community.

HOW TO BECOME A MCNARY YOUTH FOOTBALL SPONSOR
Becoming a sponsor for McNary Youth Football is really quite easy. Simply inform us of your
intent to participate at the level you choose by completing the attached Corporate Sponsor
Agreement or Contribution Opportunities form. Sponsorship written commitments and payments
are due by August 15th, 2015. Meeting this deadline ensures that we can get your business or
organization’s name on all equipment or materials for which your level of sponsorship is eligible.

Our Mission
The McNary Youth Football is an organization that supports, encourages and enables
the student athletes in our community to enjoy the sport of football. We are committed to
providing quality coaching and support that promotes teamwork, builds player selfesteem and increases knowledge and skill in a safe and positive environment. We will
work directly with the High School to build a successful feeder program. All player
registration fees, fundraising, and sponsorship money will stay within our community
and benefit our teams.

Within our program, we are committed and focused on building and enhancing the
Character, Integrity, Teamwork, Sportsmanship, Respect and Leadership of our players
and the community of Keizer that we serve. We believe strengthening these values are
important to the growth of our youth and will aid their development into active successful
members of our community and society. We will work at every level of the program, with
the help of the parents and members of the community, to enthusiastically instill in our
student athletes how to positively deal with the challenge of competition, the joy of
victory, the reality of defeat, the importance of commitment and the spirit of community.
