2014 Event Price List

Wedding Party will have a 3 hour window before the wedding to decorate. Purchase of 1 case of your choice
of White Squirrel wine is required. Other beverages must be purchased at winery tasting bar. Caterer must be
approved by White Squirrel Winery.
OPTION #1 – WEDDING IN THE VINEYARD ($750)
Includes:
1) Vineyard Rental.
2) Option 1: Church Benches (exterior use only) - $500.
3) Option 2: Folding White Chairs (up to 150, $2.50 ea.).
4) Option 3: Wedding tent for reception - $800 (40’ x40’), $1000 (40’ x 60’), $1200 (60’ x80’), includes up
to 15 round tables and 7 chairs per table, set up of tables, 2 serving tables and 2 tables for head table.
5) Option 4: Rental of winery for rehearsal dinner - $1000 (includes up to 15 round tables and 7 chairs per
table, set up of tables in winery and veranda, serving tables, head table).
6) Option 5: Reception in the Winery - $1000 (includes up to 15 round tables and 7 chairs per table, set up
of tables in winery and veranda, serving tables, head table and use of bridal suite). This will include use
of pavilion with exterior fireplace.
7) Option 6: Reception in the pavilion with exterior fireplace- $500 (includes 10 round tables and 7 chairs
per table, set up of tables, a serving table and outside wine and beer bar).
8) Option 7: Overnight stay in Bridal suite ($250), includes deluxe breakfast and 11:00 a.m. checkout.
9) Free photo session in vineyard, winery or veranda with your photographer.
10) Any wedding, rehearsal dinner or reception held inside the winery on Friday or Saturday must be an
evening event as winery normally closes at 5:00 p.m.
11) All events must be concluded by 11:00 PM and this includes any clean up time.
OPTION #2 – WEDDING IN THE WINERY ($1500)
Includes:
1) Winery rental for wedding and reception - and use of bridal suite (for changing only, before and
after wedding). This will include use of pavilion with exterior fireplace.
2) Option 1: Winery rental for rehearsal dinner - $1000 (includes up to 15 round tables and 7 chairs per
table, set up of tables in winery and veranda, serving tables, head table).
3) Folding White Chairs in the winery for wedding ceremony (up to 150, $2.50 ea.).
4) Option 2: Overnight stay in Bridal suite ($250), includes deluxe breakfast and 11:00 a.m. checkout.
5) Free photo session in vineyard , veranda or winery with your photographer.
6) Any wedding, rehearsal dinner or reception held inside the winery on Friday or Saturday must be an
evening event as winery normally closes at 5:00 p.m.

All time limits are the same for each option.
At the time of viewing the winery there will be other amenities offered that you can choose from.
Security Deposit of $500 is required at time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable. The deposit will be
applied to your venue rental fee. All major credit cards are accepted. There will be absolutely no deposit
refunds if you cancel the event.
Full payment of the venue and fees are due 30 days before the event. If venue payment is not received by 30
days before the event, The White Squirrel Winery retains the right to cancel the event and the applicant
forfeits all monies theretofore paid to The White Squirrel Winery. If for any reason the applicant cancels the
event less than one month from the event date and after all monies are paid, all monies theretofore paid to
The White Squirrel Winery will be forfeited unless another client can fill the date. The White Squirrel Winery
retains the right to rent the facility in the event of a cancellation. The White Squirrel Winery and Vineyards
cannot and will not be responsible for acts of God or inclement weather, however, every effort will be made
to try to and reschedule the event in such happenings.
Please note****A security deposit of $500 must accompany the venue fee balance and will not be deposited
until after the event and with notification of the deposit to the renter. The security deposit will be refunded
no later than two weeks after your event unless additional charges are incurred as a result of your rental (i.e.
overtime, extra cleaning, building, equipment, or grounds damages, extra wines, etc.).
SECURITY:
Renters should access their own security needs and provide the extra security personnel as needed at their
own expense. Winery personnel have the authority to contact law enforcement officials, if necessary, to
protect the White Squirrel Winery and Vineyards property and personnel.
By law, no one under the age of 21 may consume or taste alcoholic beverages, including wine. At least one of
the winery staff will observe our event for security purposes. The winery staff may ask guests for
identification to verify age. The White Squirrel Winery reserves the right to ask the entire party to leave if a
minor is consuming alcohol or an adult is providing alcohol to a minor. The party renting the facility shall
ensure that no underage drinking is allowed. The White Squirrel Winery assumes no responsibility or liability
for underage drinkers. The winery requests that our server be responsible for the dispensing of all alcohol.
Beer kegs holding beer must be dispensed only by winery bartenders.
Weapons are not allowed on the premises or grounds.
Although not obligatory, we suggest that renters provide general liability insurance in order to cover the
event.

The undersigned agrees to abide by all of The White Squirrel Winery policies and will assume
responsibility for any damage done to the vineyard, winery, veranda, pavilion, bathrooms, or
its contents during the rental period and occurring as a result of using such facilities, including
damage by the attendees. Furthermore, my vendors, agents, employees, guests and I will
attend and use The White Squirrel Winery at our own risk. White Squirrel Winery shall not be
liable for any damage arising from personal injuries sustained by any such person on the
premises of The White Squirrel Winery or Vineyards and the undersigned assumes full
responsibility for such damages. The White Squirrel Winery and its staff shall not be liable for
any equipment, property, or personal belongings, whether rental or otherwise, which are used
or left in the winery or the vineyard in connection with the event. In consideration of being
granted the right to use the vineyard & winery facilities.
I have read and understood the foregoing assumption of risk, rental fees, and rental use policy
and release statement.
