This checklist is made by KRAV and used by Certification Bodies which have an
agreement with KRAV about offering verification of KRAV’s Extra Requirements according
to Chapter 16.
An organic operator certified according to EC 834/2007, who wish to meet KRAV’s Extra
Requirements and have them verified may ask her/his Certification Body to use this
checklist to verify if the extra requirements are fulfilled or not. The operator may then use
this fill-in list as a verification which her/his KRAV-certified customer needs to be able to
use the product as KRAV-labeled.
The Certification Body or the Operator may not use the KRAV-label, or state that the
production is KRAV-certified. They may only say that KRAV´s Extra Requirements for the
production in question has been verified.
There are different checklists for the following type of production:
 Crop products
 Sprouts and products from Greenhouses
 Wild Harvested Products
 Dairy products
 Egg products
 Meat products from cattle
 Meat products from pigs
 Meat products from sheep
 Meat from poultry
 Multi–ingredient products
