During our forest school session we explored different ways of exercising and observed what happened to our bodies. As part of our geography session, a special visitor came to Gold Group to talk about the people in Milawi and how Ridgeway School helps support a school. Some of the children worked with Nibs in the hall and took part in a yoga activity. We read the story of ‘The Great Pet Sale,’ we created our own pets and described them during our literacy session. We also joined in a boomwhaker experience in the hall, playing different tunes. During our cooking session we made some African animal biscuits. Today we worked on our Friday diaries, sharing some news from our week. We worked together to tidy our outdoor classroom. Some children enjoyed playing in the soft play room and having choosing time in the afternoon. As part of our P.E. session we played listening games. Reminder: Please can you bring any toilet or kitchen rolls tubes for next terms art activities. Thank you. Have a great half term, Lisa, Pamela, Janine, Lyndsey and Rose.
