Motion: a) Jenkins/Neighbor: Consider approving and authorizing the Mayor to sign a construction contract with Pyramid Excavation and Construction, Inc., Kansas City, MO, in the amount of $787,711 for the Caenen Street and 59th Street Storm Drainage Improvements, P.N. 3406, SMAC TC-21-066. The motion carried 8-0. b) Sandifer/Kenig: Consider accepting conveyances of land, or an interest therein for public purposes, contained in the nine easements identified on the Easement Acquisition Summary Table for the Caenen Street and 59th Street Storm Drainage Improvements, P.N. 3406, and authorizing staff to record the nine permanent drainage and utility easements with the Johnson County Register of Deeds. The motion carried 8-0. c) Jenkins/Plfumm: Consider approving and authorizing the Mayor to sign two Storm Drainage Easement and Utility Easement Conveyance documents for the city owned parcel identified on the Easement Acquisition Summary Table for Caenen Street and 59th Street Storm Drainage Improvements, P.N. 3406 and authorizing staff to record these two permanent drainage and utility easements with the Johnson County Register of Deeds.
