2016 KEWASKUM HIGH SCHOOL SCHOLARSHIP PROGRAM
Listed below are all scholarships available to graduating seniors at Kewaskum High School.
Each scholarship lists the amount to be awarded and the criteria necessary to apply.
APPLICATIONS ARE NOW AVAILABLE ONLINE ON THE KEWASKUM HIGH SCHOOL
STUDENT SERVICES WEBSITE. You must complete, print and turn in all three parts to this application.
The main application page, the activities page and the College OR Technical College check list.
Please return completed applications to Student Services by Friday, December 18th.
Late applications will not be accepted.
A SEPARATE APPLICATION is required for:
J.O. Reigle Scholarship 2 - $18,000 (4,500/year for 4 years) - College
This application is located on our student services website as well. Hard copy recommendation forms are
available in Student Services. 2 - $18,000 scholarships are awarded to top seniors who are planning to attend
a 4 year college. (It is recommended that you are ranked in the top 15% of your class to apply as this
scholarship is highly competitive). Regal Ware will choose which candidates they would like to interview.
Student Services will notify students to be interviewed.

The following scholarships have separate applications but have the same deadline of Friday, Dec. 18th:
2 - $5,000 Partners of St. Joseph’s Community Hospital Scholarships (Human Health Related Field) - College
Hard copy applications are available in Student Services. This scholarship is available to seniors from various
Washington County high schools. Students must be attending college to pursue a career in the human health
care field. A 3.5 cumulative GPA and a 25 on the ACT is required to apply.
1 - $1,000 ($500/semester for 1 year) West Bend Children’s Theatre, Inc. Scholarship - College or Technical
Must have an interest & ability in the performing arts; Letter of reference from drama or music coach required
with the application.) A student who has shown an interest in drama, music, dance, stage design, etc.
An adequate GPA is necessary for each payment.
