please list your L and H chain sequences in the 2 separate boxes above. You can also suggest
your own linker for scFv. If you do not provide a linker sequence, GenScript will engineer one
for you. Please ensure sequence accuracy prior to submission. Due to formatting issues,
occasionally, copy-pasting sequence directly into the sequence box may not be entirely

our scientists during pre-project analysis
We never refold Antibody fragments
For E. coli expression, we might have few (<3) residues left over in the desired construct (which
will not affect protein functionality)
Customers requiring tag-free fragments should specify this at the time of quotation inquiry or
order confirmation
Customers can obtain their synthetic fragment gene in pUC57 vector for an additional price of
